The mission of the Saskatchewan Labour  Relations Board is to administer, interpret and enforce Saskatchewan's labour legislation in an independent, impartial, knowledgeable, efficient, timely and consistent way. It will do this by:

• Hearing and determining labour relations applications in a timely, fair, and respectful manner;
• Resolving labour relations problems through appropriate resolution mechanisms;
• Educating the public and the labour relations community of their statutory rights and obligations;
• Maintaining current and effective Rules and Practices for the resolution of labour relations disputes and applications.
